What to Expect:
It’s a full time job navigating the revolutionary, progressive, confusing and ever changing health information as the scientific community develops better testing abilities and completes clinical trials.
Changing your eating habits is also a full time job. You simply don’t have time for both. I provide you information in a concise, attainable format and you make the changes gradually.
I am accepting new patients who seek my services.
Should we decide to work together, I will obtain a full intake of your entire medical history, medications, and current presentation of symptoms, complete with lab results. From this information I will create an individualized diet, including powerhouse whole food supplements, to specifically address your health concerns.
Your specialized diet will be presented to you in person or via digital media, such as Skype. The presentation usually takes 2-3 hours and the entire family should be involved – food and health is definitely a family affair.
Undertaking the diet is a multi-tiered, life long lifestyle changes that occurs over time. Your presentation is tiered to be the most beneficial and foundational first. As your body heals, changes will become evident and follow up guidance will direct you to your optimal success over time.
Requesting an Appointment:
When you contact me for a consultation, please know it is my sincerest desire that I will be able to help you. I may refer you to someone more appropriate for your condition. A consultation is for educational and informational purposes only.
I do not accept patients with certain conditions that are outside of my expertise, such as thyroid, parasites, and autoimmune conditions. These are health problems that require a specialized practitioner.

Fees and Payments:
The consultation fee is $500. This does not include labs fees, which you can obtain from your physician. It DOES include follow up answers to your many questions you will have.
My initial consultation is so comprehensive that I rarely need to provide a follow up appointment. Follow up fees are $100 an hour and are billed at ¼ hour increments.
I hear this ALL THE TIME: “I know what I need to do – I just need to do it”. Most people know what the marketing industry wants you to know and have no idea what they REALLY need to do.
Did you know the number one inflammatory meat is fowl, even if it is organic? Did you know that magnesium stearate, a supplement incipient, converts to formaldehyde in your cells? Did you know that, according to this study , a raw food diet kills more pancreatic cancer patients than conventional chemotherapy cancer treatment? You would think eating raw veggies would be the secret to obtaining health when, in fact, it can harm you IF not implemented properly.
Your body is the physician. It knows what it needs to do. YOU need to learn how to feed YOUR body so it has the building blocks to get to the business of healing. Every body is different and every disease affects each body differently. There are usually numerous problems going on in the body at one time and it is nearly impossible for the average person to know which problem to address first.
But the body knows – and I know too.
I know because I have made a study of food, supplements, and disease for the past decade. For “fun” I study clinical trials, research studies, and learn from my “sensei’s” to develop the most valuable information in treating the body naturally. I also had my own significant health challenges that have forced me to personally experience sickness and healing.
I am a NYC Fire Officer and survivor of 911 where I was exposed to very toxic and unknown substances that caused me to develop breathing problems and an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
Food is Medicine worked with me to help me change my diet to try and avoid the difficult and dangerous prostate removal surgery.
Within months of being on my new diet my doctor told me I no longer needed the surgery!
I still have prostate cancer and I don’t follow the diet 100%, but I do it well enough to keep my cancer from growing and I’m happy with that.
Neeki’s expertise, compassion, and availability were my life line during my health crisis.
